  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine dip mix and bread crumbs in pie plate.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with mayo; dip, 1 at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (165°F).

Special Extra

For a more golden appearance, remove baked chicken from oven. Heat broiler. Broil chicken, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 4 min. or until golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favorite hot cooked vegetable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I could not find the Kraft ranch dressing so I used Hidden Valley which I thought would be a good... I could not find the Kraft ranch dressing so I used Hidden Valley which I thought would be a good substitute, however I was wrong. It was supper salty and almost inedible. We had to scrape the mixture off to eat it. Not sure I'd make this again.
