Ranch Chicken & Veggie Kabob Dinner

A 20-minute marinade in creamy ranch dressing makes these tender grilled chicken and veggie kabobs super flavorful. Serve with rice, and dinner is done!

What You Need

1-1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

cups  red pepper pieces (1 inch)
2
cups  zucchini chunks (1 inch)
2
cups  fresh mushrooms
1
cup  KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
3
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice

Make It

THREAD chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers; place in shallow dish. Pour dressing over kabobs. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade. Grill kabobs 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.

SERVE over rice.

Prepare using KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing and brown rice.
Substitute
Substitute rib-eye beef steaks or any firm-fleshed fish, such as halibut or tuna, for the chicken.
