  • Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers; place in shallow dish. Pour dressing over kabobs. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade. Grill kabobs 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
  • Serve over rice.


Prepare using KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing and brown rice.


Substitute rib-eye beef steaks or any firm-fleshed fish, such as halibut or tuna, for the chicken.
