These mashed potatoes with creamy ranch dressing are so delicious, it seems pointless to tell the kids there's cauliflower in there too.

Although the cauliflower gave a nice flavor to the potatoes, I was overall disappointed in this recipe. I thought the cauliflower did not mash up evenly and put too many "lumps" in the potatoes. I used the 1/4 cup of Ranch Dressing, but did not use the "light" dressing. This measurement of 1/4 did not add enough flavor - need to use more of the dressing. Again, overall not happy with this easy recipte.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I took this recipe to the next level...skip the potatoes! I took this recipe to the next level...skip the potatoes! Take two heads of well cooked cauliflower florets, add a few cloves of garlic, place in a food processor, puree, add 1/4 cup ranch dressing, mix, place the mixture in a wide baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Add a little cheese the last three minutes, sprinkle chopped parsely on top just before serving.

I saw the Ranch Mashed Potato recipe and decided to try it. Wooow!. My husband and I both agreed, it was absolutely delicious and really complimented the meal. Another plus was the fact it was so easy to prepare. This will now be a regular dish in this family. Thank you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made it without the cauliflower. Made it without the cauliflower. Cauliflower is yucky! It was excellent, a really nice flavor. Next time, I'll do what another user suggested, add bacon and cheese. I don't know why I never thought of this recipe myself, we've been pouring ranch dressing on baked potatoes for years!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This receipe was good. This receipe was good. I used dry ranch seasoning instead of regular ranch. Only about 1/4 to 1/2 of the pack is needed. My dad really dislikes cooked cauliflower, but didn't realize it had any in it. I will definatly make this again because of its nutrition values.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Since my family doesn't like cauliflower, I tried a variation on this one. Since my family doesn't like cauliflower, I tried a variation on this one. I just increased the amount of potatoes to make up for the lack of cauliflower. Then, I added a couple of ounces of cream cheese for texture. My husband LOVED it!
