Although the cauliflower gave a nice flavor to the potatoes, I was overall disappointed in this recipe. I thought the cauliflower did not mash up evenly and put too many "lumps" in the potatoes. I used the 1/4 cup of Ranch Dressing, but did not use the "light" dressing. This measurement of 1/4 did not add enough flavor - need to use more of the dressing. Again, overall not happy with this easy recipte.
This receipe was good. I used dry ranch seasoning instead of regular ranch. Only about 1/4 to 1/2 of the pack is needed. My dad really dislikes cooked cauliflower, but didn't realize it had any in it. I will definatly make this again because of its nutrition values.
