Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made a double recipe for a fellowship meal after church. I made a double recipe for a fellowship meal after church. To be honest, I was a little concerned because it didn't spell appetizing while cooking. However, it was a big hit and folks raved about how good it was. The only thing I would do differently is at the end I would top it off with crumbled tortilla chips and shredded cheese. Great recipe and will definitely cook it again.
