We used halibut for our white fish. It was my first time cooking fish and it was so easy. We loved it and are planning to add tomatoes next time for extra veggies and flavor.
Really surprisingly good! we made a couple adjustments. we cooked the peppers and onions with the fish and seasoned it all with salt, pepper, and Emeril's seasoning. I also seasoned the coleslaw with a vinegar-sugar dressing and let that sit in the fridge for a few hours. we used fresh caught walleye! delish!
