Ranch-Style Steak Kabobs

We love grilling "ahas!"—like brushing potato, tomato and steak kabobs with ranch dressing. So simple. So good. The secret's out.

What You Need

new potatoes, cut in half

1/4

cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided

lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices

cherry tomatoes

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

COOK potatoes in boiling water 12 to 14 min. or until tender; drain. Cool slightly.

RESERVE half the dressing. Thread meat, accordion-style, onto 4 skewers, alternating potatoes and tomatoes between folds of meat; brush with remaining dressing.

GRILL 10 to 12 min. or until meat is done, turning occasionally and brushing with the reserved dressing for the last 2 min.

Prepare using KRAFT ROKA Blue Cheese Dressing.

Substitute fresh mushrooms for the potatoes.

Cooking Know-How

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 min. before adding kabob ingredients to prevent charring.

Really tasty.Be careful not to boil potatoes too long,as being too tender they will fall off the skewer stick.

This was easy and fun to put together. Couldn't taste the ranch. Will make again and change up the veggies.

This had really good flavor, but I overcooked the meat. Next time I will cut the strips a little thicker and not cook it so long.

This is one of our favorite grill recipes, especially for cheaper cuts of meat. I've also done it with pork and it was good, but we like to beef the best. Also, try different dressings to marinade the meat in, it makes for subtle flavor changes!

Son loved to help with these easy to make, and delicious kabobs. We also added button mushrooms onto the skewers.

This was very good. I did however coat the veggies in olive oil and sprinkled with italian seasoning before grilling. It gave it a bite under the ranch flavor and worked very well.

I loved this! I added pearl onions to the kabobs because I love grilled onions. What a pretty presentation,but still hearty enough for men!

I made this last night - two reasons - few ingredients and quick cooking time. They turned out fabulous. Very tasty and very easy to make. Definaely will make again.

My family loved them. My little boy was looking for leftovers the next day and there wasn't any. We will be making them again.
