Dip knife in warm water and run knife around edge of chilled dessert to loosen. Dip pan in warm water, just to rim, for 15 sec. Lift from water and gently pull gelatin from edge of pan with moistened fingers. Place serving plate on top of pan. Invert pan and plate and shake to loosen dessert. Gently remove pan.

I took this to a cook-out my boss was having this past summer. I had never made the recipe before, so I was somewhat apprehensive. It was a total hit!
Made this for my daughter's birthday with sugar-free Jello and it was a hit! Looked beautiful and was easy to put together. Even the pickiest kids had a second helping. Would be a beautiful Christmas dessert. I'm definitely keeping this one on file.
