  • Combine apples and jam; spread over Neufchatel cheese. Top with granola.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.

Variation

To serve as a cracker topper instead, spread 60 RITZ Brown Sugar Cinnamon Crackers with Neufchatel. Combine apples and jam; spoon onto crackers. Top with granola. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake at 350ºF for 5 min. or until warmed.
