The bars are delicous and the recipe is simple. I have no idea why you would switch to gram crackers since the Triscuits are delightful. I've made this several times for guest and everyone loves it.

After wasting my time and ingredients making this recipe, these bars turned out terribly. I used the graham crackers for the crust instead of the triscuits (as suggested by others who had rated the recipe), and the crust was way over-done. I would only cook them for 40 minutes or so; not the full hour as the recipe suggests! I'm going to try them again, but I'll cook them much less time!!

If the cracker mixture equals 1 3/4 cups, where does one get the crumbs to sprinkle on top? Also, graham cracker crumbs seem c better suited for this than Triscuit crumbs.
