I made this for a birthday at work. Everyone was raving about it! I felt like a hero. :)
I've made this several times the last three summers. I leave out the lemon zest for simplicity and its just as good!
I wasn't super impressed. It was a little difficult to get the cream cheese to incorporate into the mixture, took me a while to get rid of all the chunks. And the pie was just so-so, nobody was thrilled by it. I should have made the chocolate peanut butter cup pie again, that was fantastic!
