When I went to get the ingredients for this dessert my supermarket was out of raspberries, so I used blackberries instead and I also used blackberry preserves too. It was so good, great with the lemon jello, I added a few teaspoons of fresh lemon juice too. I made this the night before, so when we went to eat it, it hadn't completely set up, it was still runny, not sure what I did wrong but I would definitely make it again, next time with the raspberries.

I used a reduced fat graham cracker crust, fat free cream cheese, fat-free, sugar free vanilla pudding adding 1 tub of Crystal Light Lemonade to give it the lemon flavoring and fat free cool whip. I put Sugar Free Red Raspberry Jam on the bottom of the crust, followed by the pudding mixture and topped with more fat free cool-whip. It was excellent and very light. I will definitely make again. It's a great low-cal dessert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made two of these pies. I made two of these pies. One for home and one for work. The only deviation I made was that I added double the amount of lemon peel mentioned in the recipe. I received nothing but raves from the people who tried it. I also discovered that the longer it sets the tastier it became. This is a pie that can be made a day or two before it is needed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wasn't super impressed. I wasn't super impressed. It was a little difficult to get the cream cheese to incorporate into the mixture, took me a while to get rid of all the chunks. And the pie was just so-so, nobody was thrilled by it. I should have made the chocolate peanut butter cup pie again, that was fantastic!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I'd like to see it prepared in a low-fat, low sugar version. I'd like to see it prepared in a low-fat, low sugar version. I wonder how many carbs would appear on the bottom line if ingredrients were changed, to use no-fat cream cheese, low sugar preserves, skim milk and low calorie pudding mix? If it weren't for the high carbs I'd rate it Superb!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Served this at bridge and all the ladies thought it was very very good. Served this at bridge and all the ladies thought it was very very good. Thought it was light and had an excellent flavor. Some did think it could have had more preserves on the bottom. It was a big hit and I enjoyed making it as it was quick and easy. Thanks Kraft!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great. Looks great. I've made something similar in the past but using seedless raspberry preserves. Most folks I know need to avoid seeds. Instead of whole berries for topping I made florets with the seedless preserves using a large icing tip.
