Raspberry Lemonade Pie

I made this last nite - I used strawberries since the store didnt have rasberries. I had a difficult time with lumps. I dont know if it was the cream cheese or the coolwhip that was lumpy. It took a long time to set, infact it only set with I put it in the freezer. Its very tart. I would maybe add some sugar if I were to make it again.

Excellent. I have made it several times. It is very easy and tastes great. I have also varied it by trying different concentrate flavors and different fruit. They still tasted wonderful.

This is VERY flavorful! A bit on the tart side, but if you love lemonade like I do then you'll love this pie. It's a little involved to make, but it's worth it in the end. Wonderful summer treat!

I made this for one of the ladies that I work with birthday, she loved it and so did everyone else! Then I made it a second time and substituted blueberries for the raspberry and it was just as good. Very refreshing, prefect for the summer!

This was super easy to make and it tasted to refreshing. I froze one, like it said & choose to eat that one first because the other one in the fridge wasn't set yet. It was good cold, but a tad bitter and hard to eat because the raspberries were frozen. Next time, I'll take it out 10 minutes before serving just to soften up a bit. It was a hit though!

The taste was very refreshing, however the pie was not that pretty looking. I wasn't able to use fresh raspberries, so i replaced it with frozen, which could be why it looked like a pile of mush. But it tasted wonderful, we ate it right when we pulled it from the freezer, it tasted yummy the colder it was! I recomend also placing the raspberries in the pie, after it sits in the icebox for a bit. They will come out prettier i think.
