Prepare using thawed frozen raspberries.
Substitute 4 thawed frozen phyllo sheets for the phyllo cups. Heat oven to 400ºF. Stack phyllo sheets on cutting board, spraying each sheet with cooking spray before covering with next sheet. Cut into 4 lengthwise strips, then cut each strip crosswise into 3 pieces. Gently press 1 stacked piece onto bottom and up side of each of 12 muffin pan cups. Bake 4 to 6 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 2 min. Carefully transfer shells from pan to wire racks; cool completely. Fill and refrigerate as directed. Makes 12 servings.
Garnish with lime slices before serving.
