    i thought the flavor was nice. we grilled it instead of broiling it and it turned out really good.

    Recipe had just the right touch of sweetness. The Vinegrette helped to take away the minimal "fishy" taste one gets with Salmon. Even the kids enjoyed the dish. Will be great for the lentin season!
