  • Add 1 cup water to drink mix in 1-1/2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Add 1/4 cup to blender. (See tip for how to use remaining prepared drink.)
  • Add remaining water to blender with all other remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
*NOTE: CRYSTAL LIGHT Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.


Add 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) cold water to prepared drink remaining in pitcher; stir until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


Substitute BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream for the yogurt.
