Raspberry Sauce

Serve this pretty red sauce made from sweetened pureed frozen raspberries over or under brownies, cakes, ice cream or pies.

What You Need

pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen red raspberries in lite syrup, thawed, pureed and strained
cup  light corn syrup
cup  orange juice

Make It

MIX ingredients until well blended; cover.

REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.

Substitute 1/4 cup orange liqueur for the orange juice.

To wow your guests at your next dinner party, try this simple dessert presentation idea. Prepare Fat Free Creamy Pudding Sauce; spread enough Pudding Sauce onto dessert plates to cover lightly. Drop 6 to 7 teaspoonfuls of the Raspberry Sauce over Pudding Sauce near edge of plate. With the pointed end of a chopstick or wooden skewer, pull through the Raspberry Sauce, connecting each spoonful all around plate. Top each plate with a serving of your favorite dessert, such as a slice of cake or scoop of ice cream.
