Made in a blender, this easy frozen sherbet is a mix of low-calorie raspberry drink mix, milk and COOL WHIP.

What You Need

cups fat-free milk

pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Raspberry Ice Flavor Drink Mix*

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

ADD milk to drink mix in large freezerproof non-metal bowl; stir until mix is dissolved. Freeze 2 hours or until partially frozen.

SPOON into blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Return to bowl. Whisk in COOL WHIP. Freeze 4 hours or until frozen.

REMOVE from freezer 20 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften lightly.

*NOTE: CRYSTAL LIGHT Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.

I didn't really enjoy this. My family thought it was ok, but personally, i thought it tasted very fake and it wasn't like any sherbet I'd ever had. Overall, it was just kind of lame. Nothing spectacular ordelicious about it.

I have used 3 different Crystal Light flavors for this recipe and they all came out very good. If your on a diet you need to make this.

This was so nasty. I made it and it is so bitter. I should had use only 1/2 tub, but I think it would still be nasty. It was a waste of money considereing that crystal light is over priced.

I love sherbet and this one looks very easy to make and good to eat. If you are a chef or training to be one, never be afraid to try new things even if they are different. Thanks for the recipe!!!
