Made in a blender, this easy frozen sherbet is a mix of low-calorie raspberry drink mix, milk and COOL WHIP.

What You Need

cups  fat-free milk
1
pkt.  (makes 2 qt. drink) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Raspberry Ice Flavor Drink Mix*
1
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

ADD milk to drink mix in large freezerproof non-metal bowl; stir until mix is dissolved. Freeze 2 hours or until partially frozen.

SPOON into blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Return to bowl. Whisk in COOL WHIP. Freeze 4 hours or until frozen.

REMOVE from freezer 20 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften lightly.

*NOTE: CRYSTAL LIGHT Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.
