  • Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sorbet into prepared pan; freeze 10 min.
  • Beat milk and pudding mix in large bowl with whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over sorbet in pan.
  • Freeze 3 hours or until firm. To unmold, invert pan onto plate; remove foil. Let stand 10 to 15 min. to soften slightly before slicing to serve. Serve topped with the raspberries. Store leftovers in freezer.

    Made this tonight for a hot weather treat. It was SSOOOO GOOD!!! I was told: You WILL make it again!!! lol And I WILL!!! I tweaked the recipe just a little bit. I put a few whole raspberries in between the layers before freezing it and made a raspberry sauce(berries, sugar and cornstarch)let it cool and poured it over the top of each serving. But, I think next time, I'll cut the berries a in half. Can't wait to make this next time we have company over!

    this is a beautiful and impressive reciepe. I froze the fresh raspberries for 1 hour before adding them on top, brought this to work and it was gone in 30 mins! Everyone wanted the reciepe!make sure to keep it in the freezer untill the the possible minute before serving; it will melt quickly.
