Rated 4 out of 5 by from I knew I would like this recipe because I love raspberry vinaigrette and mandarin oranges. I knew I would like this recipe because I love raspberry vinaigrette and mandarin oranges. And it was very good as I expected. Only thing I would have done different is, I used the onions because I couldn't find jicama, but next time I'll try harder to because I think it would make it all that much better.
