We enjoyed this dish a lot.
These were great. I left out the red peppers though because I don't really care for them. I would compare these to being as good as something you'd get at a restaurant. Next time I think I'll try black beans instead of pinto!
Sharlene-if you don't like red peppers leave them out of your recipes :) and for just in case you didn't know...red peppers have great nutritional benefits ;)
We love this recipe,it is so quick and easy,we have also substituted drained can corn for the frozen and drained can chicken for the chicken strips. It was still delicious. Next time I am going to slip in some avocado pieces.
