Made it w/spinach in the cheese and hot sausage in the sauce ! also, where i was - they only had 5 cheese instead of 3 cheese - but HEY - can NEVER have too much cheese ! lol ! it was a HIT ! SO EASY TOO ! making it again this weekend for a birthday celebration ! thank you for posting !

Delicious! Everyone loved these. We ate half for dinner and put the rest in the freezer for a future meal. I ran out of cheese and had to run back to the store for more ricotta. 15-oz. wasn't enough. I didn't think I was filling them too much so next time I will just get 2 containers of ricotta.

I really enjoyed this recipe beacause it was so easy to make and taste great, I would definitely make it again.

My family absolutely loved this. It was very easy to make and I keep getting asked to make it all the time. I usually make a whole bunch and freeze them, defrost in the fridge overnight and bake as usual the next day.

Needs a wee bit more sauce. Our household consists of two persons. So, we had two meals from the recipe and the balance we dropped off at the homeless center!!

This recipe only had enough cheese to make 12 roll ups not 16 so I should have bought more cheese. Other than that, it was great!

yes you can stuff manicotti shells this is what I did years ago. I also made crepes and fille with the same ingredients.
