This would have been a very good recipe with much less Adobo seasoning. It was way too salty. I followed the recipe exactly, but 2 teaspoons of Adobo was way too much. Next time I will try with only 1/2 teaspoon.
This is similar to how I used to make chili with adobo seasoning years ago. The taste is truly authentic chili flavor. I served this with shredded cheese and homemade cornbread. I tripled the recipe and still not sure it will be enough. True chili lovers will love this.
