What You Need

Tbsp.  olive oil
 red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
Tbsp.  balsamic vinegar
 rosemary and olive oil woven wheat crackers
cup  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar; cook 1 to 2 min. or until vinegar is evaporated. Cool.

TOP crackers with onion mixture and sour cream just before serving.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

For a heartier appetizer, top each cracker with a slice of leftover grilled steak before covering with the onion mixture and sour cream.
