Pan toasting garlic is a great alternative to roasting whole heads of garlic. Place unpeeled cloves of garlic in small nonstick skillet; cook on medium-low heat until garlic cloves are fragrant and evenly browned on all sides, turning every 3 to 5 min. Remove from heat. Cool completely before peeling.

This was ok. Not bad just seemed like it needed more. Probably good with a flavored cracker or something.
This is a great quick easy dip that I've made at least 5 times. My husband usually eats it all before we can share it. So yummy and tastes awesome with Garden Vegie Ritz!
