Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and tasty. Easy and tasty. I used real bacon (crumbled) instead of bacon bits. Needed a bit of salt, and next time, I'll let it cook for just a few more minutes uncovered (or maybe broil it for just a bit,) to brown the potatoes, but otherwise, will definitely make again.
