The recipe is delicious and was a big hit! The only problem I had was that it didn't fit in the 9x5 loaf pan. Instead I used a casserole dish and that worked fine! Very good recipe!
this recipe was a hit with my family.i did change it a little instead of the vanilla pudding in the middle i made a milk based jello to make it more flavorfull 2 cups of super hot milk simmered with a stick of cinnamon 3 tblps of sugar and a pkg of the unflavored jell-o
Perfect dessert for the 4th of July. Was time consuming but worth the effort. I used all jello-sugar free gelatins, except for the Berry Blue because I couldn't find it in sugar free- next time instead of mixing ice cream in with the lemon gelatin, I think I'll mix in Cool Whip Free instead. Also, I used French Vanilla flavored ice cream in place of regular vanilla. Turned out fantastic! Everyone applauded me.
