BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Make It
BLEND
cantaloupe in blender until smooth.
POUR
into soup bowls
TOP
with berries and cottage cheese.

I added 1 cup vanilla yogurt (fat-free, of course) to help offset the gritty texture of the cantaloupe! Delicious!!!!

I did not like this. I think it would have been much better as chunks of canteloupe rather than pured.
