I added 1 cup vanilla yogurt (fat-free, of course) to help offset the gritty texture of the cantaloupe! Delicious!!!!
Very refreshing!! I replace the cottage cheese with a dollop of creme fraiche.
I did not like this. I think it would have been much better as chunks of canteloupe rather than pured.
