  • Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through; stir. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Microwave, uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with tomato and onions.

    mmmmm, such cheesy goodness! LOVE this recipe. Seems so obvious, but I still needed somebody to tell me to do it! I used a finely shredded 4 cheese Mex blend and it was awesome. Cooked it in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish in the oven as per optional directions.

    good stuff. Keep your favorite hot sauce handy if you like it "kicked up a notch". We may never do plain refried beans again.
