Rated 5 out of 5 by from I got excellent results with this recipe - best sauce I've made in years. I got excellent results with this recipe - best sauce I've made in years. The recipe produced a wonderfully silky texture, and has a rich chocolate flavor. Variations: I added an extra tablespoon of water, and heated the sugar/chocolate/water mix for only 2 minutes on 80% max power. Readers will have to be careful with their own microwave to make sure they don't burn the sauce!
