I LOVE Reuben sandwiches but I was not impressed with this recipe. I'm not sure what I did wrong, I used a rectangular casserole dish as directed but the egg mixture made the bottoms of the Triscuits soggy and the tops were still crunchy. Also, it was kind of bland. I even mixed the saurkraut with 1000 island dressing to give it extra flavor but it didn't seem to help. I threw half of these away. Would not make again.
