  • Mix sugar, water and rhubarb in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 2 min. Remove from heat.
  • Add gelatin mix and cinnamon; stir 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into 7 individual cups.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

Substitute

Prepare using JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin.

For a slightly less tart dessert

Increase sugar to 3/4 cup.

Special Extra

Sprinkle COOL WHIP with a dash of ground cinnamon.
