The idea was great, but it felt like something was missing. I loved the crunchy outside and the muffin cups! Will try again with different variations.
This is a family favortie. My three year old likes that it comes out of a cupcake pan.
I LOVE this recipe. Simple and I can even get my kids to eat that "green stuff" because I chop the broccoli really small. It makes great left overs to take to work too!
