When I made the recipe, one of the ingredients is "1 pkt seasoning with coriander and annatto". Where do I get this "pkt"??? and if I don't know where or how to get this "pkt of seasoning", whats in it so I can mix it up from scratch. I just added coriander, salt and pepper to the dish since I don't know what annatto is and it still turned out good.
