Prepare as directed, but do not bake. Simmer, covered, on medium-low heat for 25 to 30 min. or until rice is tender.
To reheat in the microwave, place desired portion in microwaveable bowl. For moister rice, sprinkle with a small amount of water or broth, adding about 2 tsp. liquid per cup of rice. Cover; microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. (If reheating more than 1 cup, stir halfway through cooking time.)
