My husband and I loved this recipe. It's a nice twist on rice and asparagus as separate sides. And on a hot day much more appealing. I didn't have Honey Dijon dressing so I used the Kraft Poppyseed dressing that I had on hand. I'll definitely make this again.

I've been looking for some tasty low-fat and nutricious meals, this sounds like a very good one.
