  • Mix cream cheese and masa harina until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add half the water; mix well. Gradually add remaining water, beating until mixture forms a smooth dough.
  • Shape into 8 (3-inch) patties.
  • Cook in large skillet on medium heat 7 min. or until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Serve topped with sour cream and salsa.

Serve with avocado slices and fresh fruit.
