Looking for some tasty toppers for your crackers? We like these—made with shredded chicken, tangy BBQ sauce and sliced green onions.

What You Need

cups  shredded cooked chicken breasts
cup  BULL'S-EYE Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce
oz.  KRAFT Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 24 thin slices
 RITZ Crackers
 green onions, sliced

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

COOK chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.

PLACE crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.

BAKE 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with onions.

Special Extra
Serve topped with additional barbecue sauce.
Use the breast meat from a rotisserie chicken or roasted chicken breast from the deli department of your supermarket. Refrigerate any leftover chicken for another use.
Use Your Microwave
Top crackers as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
