  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
  • Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with onions.

Use the breast meat from a rotisserie chicken or roasted chicken breast from the deli department of your supermarket. Refrigerate any leftover chicken for another use.

Top crackers as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
