  • Mix broccoli, VELVEETA and half the cracker crumbs until well blended.
  • Spoon into 2-qt. baking dish. Mix remaining cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
  • Bake 45 min. or until heated through.

    What a great treat! I did it a bit differently, I melted the cheese first to make a sauce! Then I put layers of crushed ritz in all their buttery goodness. Definitely a great side dish. We had it with broiled salmon.
