  • Bake 3 to 4 min. or until cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.


Substitute sliced jalapeno peppers for the olives.

    I'm glad I did a trial run with these before I served them to guests. As with other reviwers the crackers were soggy and did break when I tried to pick them up. I even used a different cracker that I thought would hold up better but it's still going to get soggy. They tasted good, and I used a jalapeno slice instead of olives. Not a good idea to serve to guests as it is too messy. Substitute something else for the cracker.

    This was great. I also added chopped pepperoni to the top. I love ritz crckers and am always looking for new ways to use them.
