Don't have a springform pan? Just bake in a 9-inch pie plate instead, covering edges of crackers with strips of foil near end of baking time if necessary to prevent overbrowning.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Refrigerate leftovers. When ready to serve, bake at 350ºF for 35 to 45 min. or until heated through. Or serve chilled.

I add a couple of tablespoons of Knorr dried veggie soup mix. I always add that to anything that has spinach and cream cheese. It adds a burst of great flavor to the cream cheese/spinach. This is a great presentation on the first day but it does get soggy but the dip itself is really good the next day.
Absolutely delicious! Be warned...it doesn't save too well. The dip itself is fine the next day, but the Ritz cracker border gets soggy. Loved how it tasted and looked...just like the pic!
It was soooo bad I threw the whole thing in the garbage.
