This recipe is good, not great. I would only make it for myself and never for company. I like that it is fairly healthy (I left out the optional butter while making the brown rice), and I think most of the fat comes from the walnuts which is good fat. I LOVE the grape & chicken flavor combination, perhaps adding feta or even gorgonzolla cheese might help add additional flavor. I'll make this again as a quick lunch for myself (the serving size is great for this).
