I made the recipe, it is very good and easy, However, The next time I made it I added my own touch. Instead of thyme, I poured a little melted butter over & in the chicken, then I sprinkled it with McCormick original chicken seasoning. & some pepper. When I mixed my dressing. I used 1 1/4 cups of chicken broth instead of the water . Then I added one more can of broth and poured in bottom of pan. I also added several Red potatoes,
A sweet onion, ( All quarted ), & Some carrots
( Large chuncks). When the chicken is done I will use some of the broth for a gravy, The rest I will freeze for later use in a soup. Thanks Affie
