Substitute a 3- to 4-lb. roasting chicken for the 5-lb. roasting chicken; stuff as directed. Spoon any remaining stuffing into small baking dish; cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake chicken 1 hour to 1 hour 20 min. or until chicken is done, basting occasionally and placing the remaining stuffing in the oven for the last 30 min. of the chicken baking time.
Prepare using your favorite variety of STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix.

This is something my family and friends have me make every Sunday. I did this recipe with a 7 pound Roaster, two boxes of the Turkey Stove Top! It's great with chopped celery, walnuts and apples. It's like having Thanksgiving every Sunday.
This turkey was so good and moist and juicy, the sesonings was popping all in my mouth from the beginning to the end. I cant wait to cook this again, I cant stop eating the turkey it was so Awesome!
my family is very picky but they loved roasted chicken with dressing
