Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was very, very good. Was very, very good. Picked up beets and carrots at today's farmer's market, came right home and prepped them to roast and had supper right after. Can't get much fresher than that. ;) Hubby loved it and it was VERY tasty, but an hour or so later we all were poking around the fridge for a snack. I'd suggest this as a side instead of a main dish.
