  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Cut thin slice off top of garlic, exposing tops of all cloves; place on sheet of foil. Drizzle with oil. Wrap in foil. Bake 40 min. or until garlic is very soft. Cool 5 min. Reduce oven temperature to 400ºF.
  • Squeeze garlic cloves from skin into small bowl; mash with fork. Add butter; mix well. Stir in cheese; spread onto cut sides of bread. Place, cut-sides up, on baking sheet.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.

This warm crusty bread makes a great accompaniment to your favorite pasta dish. Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
