Roasted vegetables are really low tending - simply splash on some flavor and throw them in the oven. We love roasting green beans like this. They retain their beautiful color, and develop a warm, smoky flavor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a big hit at the Pot Luck luncheon. This was a big hit at the Pot Luck luncheon. Very good and easy to make. It's also very colorful and festive looking for holiday celebrations. I prepared it the night before, refrigerated it, and baked it the next day. This way the veggies marinated in the dressing overnight adding to the flavor, and it was easy just to have to bake it the day of the event. I am definately making this again, and probably for our Christmas Dinner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made a double batch of this for a church holiday party and it went fast! I made a double batch of this for a church holiday party and it went fast! Nice taste and blend of flavors. I've done both balsmic vinegar and italian dressing before and I like it with italian dressing the best. If you are having a problem with the green beans cooking well enough, cover your dish will foil. They will "steam" in the oven and come out nicely done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We loved this. We loved this. I found I needed to cover the dish with foil for about 10-15 minutes to get the fresh green beans done. Also felt the cheese could be optional and not really necessary. Tried the same concept using brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, onions and peppers. Substituted Kraft Sundried Tomatoe salad dressing and sprinkled on parmesian cheese. VERY Yummy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was delicious! This was delicious! I'm not a big fan of fresh green beans so I used the frozen ones, right out of the freezer - no need to thaw first. This dish was nice and sweet, it could have used a little salt though. I didn't find that the cheese was necessary so if you're trying to cut calories, nix the cheese.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just looking at the recipe, I was a little skeptical -- bell peppers? Just looking at the recipe, I was a little skeptical -- bell peppers? salad dressing?? mozzarella cheese??? -- but this turned out GREAT! And so EASY, too! And makes great leftovers. Next time, I'll probably add some pre-cooked, cut-up bacon slices, though, since I do like bacon with my green beans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great! This was great!! It was really pretty too, will serve it to company. Could make it a touch fancier for a special occassion with a different cheese like smoked gouda or spanish manchego. Very easy, looks like you worked very hard on it. Thank you kraft kitchens!!
