  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix dressing, juice, honey and basil until blended.
  • Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; spread with dressing mixture.
  • Bake 45 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked brown rice and a cooked green vegetable.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, substituting 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts for the cut-up broiler-fryer. Bake at 375°F for 30 min. or until chicken is done.

To Halve

Decrease dressing, lemon juice, basil and honey measures by half. Substitute 2 small bone-in chicken breasts for the cut-up broiler-fryer. Place chicken in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Makes 2 servings.

My son who really doesn't like chicken said it was good. And my husband said it was very good and he would have it again. These are the kinds of receipts that I like to cook because of the fact that it was very easy and simple to make.
