Decrease dressing, lemon juice, basil and honey measures by half. Substitute 2 small bone-in chicken breasts for the cut-up broiler-fryer. Place chicken in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Makes 2 servings.
