Serve this potato side dish with a crisp mixed green salad or hot steamed vegetable, and cooked lean meat, poultry or fish.

Loved it. Modified the recipe to low fat using turkey bacon, lite dressing, and lite mayo. Added an extra tablespoon of dressing and it came out perfect!!
I asked my husband to make these for a pot luck. He did it wrong: mixed everything together and then baked them. They were fabulous! Everyone loved them.
