1-1/2 cups dip or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 15 crackers each

What You Need

1
jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained
1
cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2
Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8
tsp. hot pepper sauce
 TRISCUIT Thin Crisps

Make It

BLEND all ingredients except crackers in blender until smooth; spoon into tightly covered container.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Serve with crackers.

PAIRS well with a glass of Merlot.

Special Extra
For a change of pace, add a few fresh basil leaves to ingredients in blender before blending.
Variation
Add more or less hot pepper sauce according to your taste.
