Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cream cheese is slightly softened.
Place the leaves in a glass measuring cup or small bowl; cut into tiny pieces with kitchen scissors, using quick short strokes.
Look for herbs that are rich in color, with no dark spots on the leaves or wilted leaves. Flowering herbs should not already have flowers on them.
